Sections of the MALA TECH Terms of Use
By accessing or using MALA TECH’s applications and services (iOS, Android, Web), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction. The services are not directed to minors.
You may sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and tokens, and for all activities under your account.

The services may integrate third-party sign-in (Apple, Google) and cloud analysis APIs. We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability or policies.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security and compliance reasons. You may stop using the services at any time.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or misuse of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue is Sheridan, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
